• Meta (Facebook) — we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel fires a PageView event on every page load. When you submit a contact, home valuation, or consultation form, we send a Lead event to Meta via CAPI. This includes your email address, phone number, and first and last name — each hashed with SHA-256 before transmission so Meta never receives plain-text personal data from us. Meta may match this hashed data against its own records to attribute leads to advertising campaigns. Meta's use of this data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. You may opt out of Meta ads personalization at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
• Email delivery providers — we use Resend to deliver contact form submissions to us securely
• Hosting providers — this Site is hosted on Vercel, which processes server requests and logs
• Legal or regulatory authorities — when required by law
