How I Got Here
I bought my first home at 23. I didn't fully understand the process, and that bothered me more than I expected. But I got through it, and it was one of the most rewarding decisions I've ever made. For the first time, I was building equity instead of someone else's.
Over the years that followed, I renovated that home myself: replacing plumbing, laying new floors, painting, landscaping. I took a property that had been neglected and brought it back to what it was meant to be. In doing that, I learned what makes a home worth investing in, what buyers actually respond to, and what affects value in ways that aren't always obvious.
When I sold, the home went for nearly twice what I paid.
Somewhere in that process, between fielding questions from friends who assumed homeownership was out of reach and walking people through a process that had once felt just as foreign to me, I realized I was already doing this work. I was educating, guiding, and helping people take one of the biggest financial steps of their lives. I just wasn't doing it officially.
Getting licensed was the natural next step. Not a pivot, a formalization of something I'd already been doing for years.

What You Can Expect When We Work Together
I've been on your side of this process. That shapes everything about how I work.
Clarity at Every Step
You'll always know what's happening, what it means, and what comes next. If something isn't clear, ask — that's exactly what I'm here for.
I'll Protect Your Interests
If a home is overpriced or the timing is wrong, I'll say so. My job is to protect you, not just move the deal forward.
Straight Talk, Always
You'll get honest information, not vague reassurances. Even when the honest answer isn't what you were hoping to hear.
You'll Always Know What's Next
I keep you ahead of the process, not catching up to it. No wondering, no chasing me down for updates.
Why I'm Here
I didn't end up in Rutherford County by accident. I chose it.
I'd been researching Tennessee for a while before I made the move, drawn to the culture, the pace of life, the cost of living, and the history. In September 2022, I packed everything into a pod, shipped it from California, and rented a hotel room in Smyrna for a month. I spent that time doing what I do: researching neighborhoods, walking properties, and making sure I actually wanted to be here before I committed.
What I found surprised me. Coming from California, I wasn't prepared for how green everything was, how much space there was, or how genuinely friendly people were. Neighbors spoke to each other. Strangers made eye contact and said hello. The lot sizes alone were a revelation after years of living cramped.
I bought my home in Rutherford County in December 2022 and haven't looked back.
That experience also means I understand something a lot of local agents don't: what it's like to relocate here without a network, without local knowledge, and without someone who can cut through the noise and help you figure out where you actually want to land. If that's your situation, I've been there.
This Isn't Transactional for Me
Most of my business comes from clients who come back when it's time to move again, or who send someone they know. That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because I try to earn it every time.
If you're thinking about buying or selling in Rutherford County, I'd genuinely like to talk. Even if the timing isn't right yet, a 15-minute conversation usually clarifies a lot.
