Counter-Notice

If you believe a Notice was submitted against you in error, you may submit a Counter-Notice under Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA containing:

  1. Your name and contact information.
  2. A description of the removed content and its prior URL.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and will accept service of process from the party that submitted the Notice.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.
